
ok so i've actually put this receipe to the test....drinking for 3 straight nights in Vancouver and i had to be up early each day to go to meetings. I watched this video online about how to make this shake and what better time to put it to the test. and it made me feel great everyday. SO...sharing my knowledge....do this:
now i didnt follow the directions exactly and it still worked so it's gotta be good:
MIX in a blender: blueberries, strawberries, pineapple ( i used a can but i'm sure fresh would be better?) and a banana..WITH 1.5 cups of vanilla soy milk and .5 cup of 100% orange juice
ADD a dash of salt and a dash of cayenne pepper
so mix that all up, chug away and THEN:
take a : vitamin B, vitamin C, tylenol and ibprofen with a huge glass of water
TA DAAA! i guarentee you'll feel a lot better then you would have without this shake!!
